Project Scope and Strategy
Recognizing the need to upgrade their business systems, our client decided to implement SAP S/4HANA across their operations. The project scope encompassed the migration of numerous modules from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA, including Finance, Controlling, Materials Management, Sales & Distribution, Production Planning, Document Management System, Extended Warehouse Management, Plant Maintenance, Quality Management, Enterprise Asset Management, IRPA and Bots, Enable Now, Transportation Management, Logistics Execution, PPDS, and more.
In addition, the project team migrated custom developments while sunsetting unnecessary ones to simplify the system. SAP Fiori was deployed to enhance user experience and streamline business processes.
Challenges and Implementations
