Cloud-Native Apps & DevOps

Build and release faster

Give product teams a safer, faster path to production

Cloud-native value comes from the delivery system around the application. Altivate combines architecture, platform engineering, automation, security, and observability so teams can release smaller changes with less operational friction.

AWS service focus

Modernize applications and software delivery with containers, serverless, APIs, and reusable platform capabilities.

Capabilities

What Altivate delivers

01

Application modernization

Assess monoliths, dependencies, data boundaries, release constraints, and business value before selecting a modernization pattern.

02

Containers and Kubernetes

Build platforms on Amazon ECS, Amazon EKS, and AWS Fargate with secure images, workload identity, autoscaling, and operational standards.

03

Serverless applications

Use AWS Lambda, API Gateway, EventBridge, Step Functions, and managed services for event-driven systems that reduce infrastructure work.

04

API and integration platforms

Create governed APIs, events, workflows, and service boundaries that connect cloud, SAP, and enterprise applications.

05

Platform engineering

Offer reusable templates, golden paths, environments, policy, secrets, telemetry, and self-service through infrastructure as code.

06

DevSecOps and observability

Automate build, test, security checks, deployment, rollback, logs, metrics, traces, and service-level objectives.

Delivery path

A controlled path from decision to value

1

Frame

Choose a product or service boundary and agree the delivery and reliability outcome.

2

Design

Select architecture, data, integration, security, observability, and deployment patterns.

3

Enable

Build the reusable platform path, pipeline, environments, policy, and developer experience.

4

Improve

Measure flow, quality, reliability, cost, and product adoption after launch.

Business outcomes

What changes when the platform works

Architecture earns its place by improving measurable business and operating outcomes.

Shorter lead time

Automated paths reduce waiting between code, test, environment, approval, and deployment.

Safer releases

Small changes, policy checks, observability, progressive delivery, and rollback lower release risk.

Less platform toil

Managed services and reusable capabilities let product teams focus on business behavior.

Better reliability

Service ownership, telemetry, SLOs, failure testing, and recovery become part of delivery.

Altivate point of view

Modernization should improve the flow of change

A new runtime alone does not make an application modern. Altivate measures whether teams can understand, test, release, observe, secure, and recover the service more effectively after the change.

Frequently asked

Cloud-native & DevOps questions

ECS, EKS, or Lambda?

Use ECS for AWS-native container orchestration with lower platform overhead, EKS when Kubernetes portability or ecosystem capabilities are required, and Lambda for event-driven functions that fit its execution model. The choice follows workload needs.

Do we need to rewrite a monolith?

Not necessarily. We can improve build, deployment, observability, resilience, and infrastructure first, then extract services only where a clear ownership, scaling, or change-rate benefit exists.

Can the platform integrate with SAP?

Yes. We design APIs, events, workflows, identity, and observability across AWS and SAP while keeping business transactions and authorization controlled.

Next step

Modernize one application and its path to production

Start with a product boundary where release friction, reliability, or platform cost is visible. Altivate will shape the architecture and delivery path around the outcome.
